🗳️ Election Day is Today!

If you’ve already received a mail ballot, make sure to drop it in a ballot drop box or return it to an in-person polling location by 7PM for your vote to count. It’s too late to mail it. Not registered yet? No problem! Colorado offers same-day voter registration, so any eligible voter can register and cast their ballot in person before 7 p.m. on Election Day. Make your voice heard!

The average sales price in September is 5.7% higher compared to the same time last year…

but decreased when compared August 2025 ($566,443) and this is typical as we enter the slower season for real estate in our city (busy season is March-August). Home inventory and days on market both continue to creep up, making pricing for Sellers more critical than ever and offering more choices and less urgency to make a decision for Buyers. If it is in your control, plan ahead by prepping your home to sell vs waiting until…

right before you put it on the market. This way, you are not under pressure once the time comes to list your home and you are able to maintain a fresh and decluttered space! If you know the time is near, meet with a real estate agent and stager you trust so you can start working through their list of recommendations and they can help you decide which updates will give you the most bang for your buck. So many of my Sellers say they wish they had some time to live in and enjoy their home after making the recommended changes vs. selling right away!
