Lying in bed, one eye open, scrolling through every listing in Colorado Springs for the 100th time today. “Maybe something new popped up in the last 20 minutes.” It didn’t. But you check anyway. First-time home buying is exciting, overwhelming, and a little obsessive - and that’s totally normal. The good news? You don’t have to do it alone. I can set you up with listing alerts so new homes come straight to your inbox the second they hit the market. No more 2am Zillow spirals. Get some sleep. DM me and let’s find your first home in the Springs. @springstosold - Your Colorado Springs Realtor

We had an amazing turnout at this client appreciation event and Oxymorons did not disappoint. I got pulled onto stage and they asked me about a typical day in real estate... what’s that?! lol! Improv comedy, door prizes, and a room full of people I genuinely love being around. The relationships don’t stop at closing, and I love any excuse to get everyone together for a good time. A huge thank you to @oxymoronscomedy and @peakimprov for an incredible show, and to every single person who came out and made it such a special night. Colorado Springs has some seriously talented people. @springstosold - Your Colorado Springs Realtor
