“We’d buy, but we don’t have the down payment.”

“We’d buy, but we don’t have the down payment.” I hear that a lot. On a $350K home with an FHA loan, the down payment is about $12,000. Pikes Peak DPA could cover all of it. Here’s what’s out there in Colorado Springs and El Paso County right now: - Pikes Peak DPA: up to 5%, forgiven over time - CHFA Grant: up to 3% (max $25K), never repaid - CHFA Second Mortgage: up to 4% (max $25K), paid back when you sell or refi - CHFA First-Generation: up to $25,000 if your parents never owned a home Most of these aren’t just for first-time buyers, either. Teacher, nurse, first responder, or military? Ask me about an extra 1% grant. Swipe through for the details. Then DM me and I’ll help you figure out which ones you qualify for.
