The Colorado State Fair opens Friday down in Pueblo. Gate admission is $15 for adults, $7 for kids 5 to 12, and 4 and under get in free. Friday and Saturday the rodeo starts at 7 with a concert after, and your concert ticket covers the rodeo too. A few things end this weekend. Saturday is the last day of Sunflower Days at Gather Mountain Blooms, $10 and under 6 free. Eureka Day closes at Springs Ensemble Theatre Sunday. And the free summer concert series are wrapping up, so catch Bristol, University Village, Red Leg or Goat Patch while you can. Sunday there’s Pages in the Park at North Shooks Run, 11 to 1. Bring a book and a blanket, everybody reads quietly for a while, then you talk about what you read. Free, and one of the more low key lovely things happening in this town. Swipe for the whole list.
