7 out of 10 homes in El Paso and Teller County sold under asking in September. Only 12% went over. 4,253 homes were for sale, the most for a September since 2010, and almost half the listings in El Paso County have already cut their price. Sales dipped 7% from August, which is normal for September. What isn’t normal is how many homes are still sitting there heading into winter. Buyers, make the offer you want.
