Buyers have more choices now but the good news for Sellers is, home inventory dropped in December for single family homes (718 fewer homes for sale) and condos/townhomes (105 fewer for sale) when compared to November.  The average sales price dipped by $20K for single family homes in the city and for condos and townhomes we saw a smaller dip in average sales price from $378,223 in November to $366,835 in December. January appears to be off to a good start with increased buyer activity and 389 properties going under contract.
